You have a team sheet that you will need to complete and hand in at the scorer’s table on the day. This will assist in keeping a record of the competition.

In addition, I am arranging for umpires to stand throughout the day and have already alerted you to the need for your club to take on these duties for an hour or two during the day – please provide details of who you have available on the team sheet.
